Our Story

Pro Dental Claims was founded by Gina, who brings over 20 years of experience in the dental field. Her journey began in a small dental practice in Clifton, working chairside in the clinical area. Over the years, she advanced into administration, management, and multi-location leadership — gaining deep insight into both the clinical and business sides of dentistry.

While growing in these roles, Gina discovered a passion:
helping dental teams feel confident and supported in the administrative part of dentistry. She saw how overwhelming insurance, claims, credentialing, and accounts receivable can become — and how much they distract providers from what they love most: caring for patients.

That’s why she created Pro Dental Claims.
Her goal is to share the proven systems, skills, and real-world experience that transformed the offices she has managed. She believes administrative work should never feel like a burden — and with the right guidance, it doesn’t have to.
